Living Love

There is an age old saying that I try to live by. “Fake it until you make it.”

By meditating on love, sharing love with those around you, and loving yourself, you have achieved the hardest part of life. Often practing our beliefs is harder than simply believing in them. Once you pass that milestone, you just may realize that we are not made up of these qualities (like love, joy, compassion, etc..). Rather, we ARE these qualities themselves.

Think back to someone in your life who has truly touched you at a deep level. What was it about them that left a lasting impression? Were they acting happy or were they joy itself? Were they showing you love or were they love itself?

Walking the walk is harder than talking the talk, for sure. But we set our intention and start where we are. Good post. Thanks.
